Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

🔄Returns

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on our products unless there are quality or shipping issues. We want to ensure that all customers receive products that meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.

📦Damaged or Incorrect Product

Please email us at service@fayjoo.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference. All items except final sale items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

📋Notes

  • The consumer is responsible for the shipping fee if the return is caused by the consumer.
  • There is no shipping fee if the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error.
  • Do not send your purchase back to the original address. Please contact zhzzank@gmail.com for the return address.
  • There is no restocking fee for returns.

💳Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@fayjoo.com.
